At Grimfrost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all historical replicas and apparel are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
